NOW SERVING ERIE COUNTY

IT MAY BE TIME TO RENEW YOUR MEDICAID
Medicaid enrollees must renew their Medicaid every 12 months. Ohio Medicaid will mail a 14- page Renewal packet 2 months before Renewal is due. Enrollees must submit the Renewal form and required documents within 60 days or risk losing benefits. Complete the process at benefits.ohio.gov or take the completed packet and documents to your County Job and Family Services office. PROJECT DAWN OFFERS OPIATE ANTIDOTE KITS
Opiate addiction is a serious and growing problem in the state. Recently Ohio passed a bill allowing opiate users or their family or friends to receive free opiate overdose reversal kits and kit usage training. Find information on these life-saving kits under the Keyword ANTIDOTE.
